Mamayaya is currently only available in Mallorca. We have a standard island wide delivery fee of €15.
As we are a bespoke service, fulfilling last minute urgent orders may not be possible and depends on whether we have an opening in our week. Before placing any order, we suggest you reach out to us via WhatsApp to establish your preferred delivery window.
Bookings are only secure once you have paid for your chosen service.
ORDERING YOUR POSTPARTUM PACKAGE AND DELIVERY TERMS
All our Mother Packages are made fresh, so it is important to settle on the most appropriate delivery time according to your circumstances.
For pre-birth packages, delivery will be made the day before the due date or any other day upon request.
The post-birth package will be delivered in the week following birth and will be co-ordinated upon your request. We usually require 2-3 days notice to prepare and deliver your package.
ORDERING AT HOME WITH YAYA
Once you have placed your order, we will call or message you via WhatsApp to confirm a delivery timeframe and discuss menu. At this time, please confirm delivery address and any special requirements you may have.
As this is a bespoke service we require the time to create your menu, source fresh ingredients and prepare your package. This service is usually one drop but depending on your menu, a second drop may be needed.
Additional fees are applied for groceries, delivery and time worked on weekends.
ORDERING YOUR REPLENISH BUNDLE
All Replenish bundles are made fresh and all orders must be confirmed at least 2 days before your delivery date.
Once you have placed your order, we will send confirmation via WhatsApp. Please ensure delivery date, address and any special requirements are correct.
All Replenish tonics are made the morning of delivery and should be consumed within 3 days. Smoothies, preferably within 48 hours.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made between 2-6pm on your chosen delivery day. For freshness, bigger orders may need to be delivered in two drops.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or postpone a service, we require at least 48 hours before the morning of the delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate. If ingredients have already been purchased and you still wish to cancel, all expenses and a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted.
