We provide delicious, nutritious and mindfully prepared nourishment for the new parent and for those with busy lives.  This 1:1 bespoke process is what we love the most. Getting to know you and support you as your replenish with deep self love and intention, is at the heart of what we do.

All meals are prepared mindfully with consciousness, warm intention and love. We source seasonal, organic and local market produce and our meals are free from lactose and refined sugar. Only organic and cold pressed oils are used in cooking (extra virgin olive oil, ghee, cold pressed coconut oil).

This service provides a substantial supply of food to fill you fridge and freezer, delivered to your door in one drop. 

The fee for Yaya's expertise and time starts at €350 and includes menu curation, preparation and sourcing. All specialist ingredients are included however additional fees are applied for fresh meat & veg groceries and delivery.
